Hero No.1 is a 1997 Bollywood comedy-drama film directed by David Dhawan its Indian film director. It stars Govinda and Karishma Kapoor in lead roles of this moive. Most of the film's story is inspired by Bawarchi, A comedy film directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee. It was remade in Telugu as Goppinti Alludu in this moive.
